Terms of Use
The rules that apply when you use this website. Not a substitute for the engagement letter that applies if you become a client.
These Terms of Use govern your use of this website. They are not a substitute for the engagement letter that applies when Khonsu Legal acts on your behalf as a client. Please read both carefully.
1. Information, not legal advice
The content on this website — including service descriptions, FAQs, and Insights articles — is general information about Thai legal, immigration, and accounting topics. It is not legal advice. Thai law is complex and fact-sensitive. Do not rely on this site as the basis for a decision; consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.
2. No lawyer-client relationship
Browsing this website, sending us an enquiry via the contact form, or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not create a lawyer-client or accountant-client relationship between you and Khonsu Legal. A relationship begins only when we have agreed in writing to act on a specific matter, conflicts have been cleared, and our engagement letter has been signed.
3. Confidentiality of enquiries
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information in initial enquiries. We will treat enquiries with discretion, but a contact form is not a privileged channel until an engagement is formed.
4. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites (publications, government portals, partner directories, Google Maps, etc.). We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, photographs, the Khonsu name and logo — is owned by Khonsu Legal or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires written permission.
6. Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and current, but Thai law changes frequently. We make no warranty that information on the site is complete, up-to-date, or applicable to your situation. To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, we exclude liability for any reliance on website content.
7. Use of the site
You agree not to use this site to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access; (b) introduce viruses or malicious code; (c) collect personal data of other visitors; (d) interfere with the site's operation; or (e) violate any applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Contact
For any question about these Terms, write to info@khonsulegal.com.
