Sawarin Srijan has over seven years of experience in accounting, taxation, and corporate services. She leads the accounting department, overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory filings to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Her expertise also covers company incorporation, corporate registration and amendments, changes in directors and shareholders, share transfers, capital restructuring, and corporate reorganizations. She works closely with clients and government authorities to ensure that corporate matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with Thai laws and regulations. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc.) from Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya and is a registered accountant in Thailand, subject to continuing professional development (CPD) requirements.
