About
Mr. Sathapana Sangsriratanakul is a lawyer licensed under Thai law and based in the firm’s Phuket office, with more than six years of experience. He currently heads the Legal Department of Khonsu Legal & Tax, which advises Thai and foreign individuals and companies. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honors) from Thammasat University, is a Barrister-at-Law of the Thai Bar (72nd Session), and is a Notarial Services Attorney.
His advisory practice covers real estate, corporate and commercial law, Board of Investment (BOI) promotion, Long-Term Resident (LTR) visas, business licensing, taxation, and legal due diligence. His litigation practice covers civil and commercial cases, construction disputes, family and estate matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, and labor cases.
